We will be demonstrating some voicing techniques and measuring and actually graphing the changes in the distrubution of partials in the tone before and after voicing. This should be interesting to observe. A discussion of tone, the language we use to describe tone, what characterizes good tone, what can be measured and be well defined and what is subjective about good tone. Hope to see everyone at Potsdam University on Saturday. Troy noted that things get underway at 9am.
